Perek 121 – פרק קכא
{א} שִׁיר לַמַּעֲלוֹת אֶשָּׂא עֵינַי אֶל הֶהָרִים מֵאַיִן יָבֹא עֶזְרִי: {ב} עֶזְרִי מֵעִם יהוה עֹשֵׂה שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ: {ג} אַל יִתֵּן לַמּוֹט רַגְלֶךָ אַל יָנוּם שֹׁמְרֶךָ: {ד} הִנֵּה לֹא יָנוּם וְלֹא יִישָׁן שׁוֹמֵר יִשְׂרָאֵל: {ה} יהוה שֹׁמְרֶךָ יהוה צִלְּךָ עַל יַד יְמִינֶךָ: {ו} יוֹמָם הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ לֹא יַכֶּכָּה וְיָרֵחַ בַּלָּיְלָה: {ז} יהוה יִשְׁמָרְךָ מִכָּל רָע יִשְׁמֹר אֶת נַפְשֶׁךָ: {ח} יהוה יִשְׁמָר צֵאתְךָ וּבוֹאֶךָ מֵעַתָּה וְעַד עוֹלָם
A song for ascents. I turn my eyes to the mountains; from where will my help come? My help comes from the LORD, maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot give way; your guardian will not slumber; See, the guardian of Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps! The L-RD is your guardian, the L-RD is your protection at your right hand. By day the sun will not strike you, nor the moon by night. The LORD will guard you from all harm; He will guard your life. The LORD will guard your going and coming now and forever.
Perek 123 – פרק קכג
{א} שִׁיר הַמַּעֲלוֹת אֵלֶיךָ נָשָׂאתִי אֶת עֵינַי הַיֹּשְׁבִי בַּשָּׁמָיִם: {ב} הִנֵּה כְעֵינֵי עֲבָדִים אֶל יַד אֲדוֹנֵיהֶם כְּעֵינֵי שִׁפְחָה אֶל יַד גְּבִרְתָּהּ כֵּן עֵינֵינוּ אֶל יהוה אֱלֹהֵינוּ עַד שֶׁיְּחָנֵּנוּ: {ג} חָנֵּנוּ יהוה חָנֵּנוּ כִּי רַב שָׂבַעְנוּ בוּז: {ד} רַבַּת שָׂבְעָה לָּהּ נַפְשֵׁנוּ הַלַּעַג הַשַּׁאֲנַנִּים הַבּוּז לִגְאֵי יוֹנִים
A song of ascents. To You, enthroned in heaven, I turn my eyes. As the eyes of slaves follow their master’s hand, as the eyes of a slave-girl follow the hand of her mistress, so our eyes are toward the L-RD our God, awaiting His favor. Show us favor, O L-RD, show us favor! We have had more than enough of contempt. Long enough have we endured the scorn of the complacent, the contempt of the haughty.

{א} לַמְנַצֵּחַ מִזְמוֹר לְדָוִד: {ב} חַלְּצֵנִי יהוה מֵאָדָם רָע מֵאִישׁ חֲמָסִים תִּנְצְרֵנִי: {ג} אֲשֶׁר חָשְׁבוּ רָעוֹת בְּלֵב כָּל יוֹם יָגוּרוּ מִלְחָמוֹת: {ד} שָׁנֲנוּ לְשׁוֹנָם כְּמוֹ נָחָשׁ חֲמַת עַכְשׁוּב תַּחַת שְׂפָתֵימוֹ סֶלָה: {ה} שָׁמְרֵנִי יהוה מִידֵי רָשָׁע מֵאִישׁ חֲמָסִים תִּנְצְרֵנִי אֲשֶׁר חָשְׁבוּ לִדְחוֹת פְּעָמָי: {ו} טָמְנוּ גֵאִים פַּח לִי וַחֲבָלִים פָּרְשׂוּ רֶשֶׁת לְיַד מַעְגָּל מֹקְשִׁים שָׁתוּ לִי סֶלָה: {ז} אָמַרְתִּי לַיהוה אֵלִי אָתָּה הַאֲזִינָה יהוה קוֹל תַּחֲנוּנָי: {ח} יהוה [אומרים: אלוהים] אֲדֹנָי עֹז יְשׁוּעָתִי סַכּוֹתָה לְרֹאשִׁי בְּיוֹם נָשֶׁק: {ט} אַל תִּתֵּן יהוה מַאֲוַיֵּי רָשָׁע זְמָמוֹ אַל תָּפֵק יָרוּמוּ סֶלָה: {י} רֹאשׁ מְסִבָּי עֲמַל שְׂפָתֵימוֹ יְכַסֵּמוֹ: {יא} יִמּוֹטוּ עֲלֵיהֶם גֶּחָלִים בָּאֵשׁ יַפִּלֵם בְּמַהֲמֹרוֹת בַּל יָקוּמוּ: {יב} אִישׁ לָשׁוֹן בַּל יִכּוֹן בָּאָרֶץ אִישׁ חָמָס רָע יְצוּדֶנּוּ לְמַדְחֵפֹת: {יג} יָדַעְתִּי כִּי יַעֲשֶׂה יהוה דִּין עָנִי מִשְׁפַּט אֶבְיֹנִים: {יד} אַךְ צַדִּיקִים יוֹדוּ לִשְׁמֶךָ יֵשְׁבוּ יְשָׁרִים אֶת פָּנֶיךָ
For the leader. A psalm of David. Rescue me, O LORD, from evil men; save me from the lawless, whose minds are full of evil schemes, who plot war every day. They sharpen their tongues like serpents; spiders’ poison is on their lips. Selah. O L-RD, keep me out of the clutches of the wicked; save me from lawless men who scheme to make me fall. Arrogant men laid traps with ropes for me; they spread out a net along the way; they set snares for me. Selah. I said to the L-RD: You are my God; give ear, O L-RD, to my pleas for mercy. O G-D, my Lord, the strength of my deliverance, You protected my head on the day of battle. O L-RD, do not grant the desires of the wicked; do not let their plan succeed, else they be exalted. Selah. May the heads of those who beset me be covered with the mischief of their lips. May coals of fire drop down upon them, and they be cast into pits, never to rise again. Let slanderers have no place in the land; let the evil of the lawless man drive him into corrals. I know that the L-RD will champion the cause of the poor, the right of the needy. Righteous men shall surely praise Your name; the upright shall dwell in Your presence.
